In order to ensure you receive the piece of jewelry you envision, please make sure you double-check the following information before you submit your order:
1) that the words, phrases, and names you submit are spelled correctly
2) that you choose the correct sizes of gold, silver or metal.
refunds, exchanges, & cancellation
If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Between You and Me Designs attempts to meet the expectations and full satisfaction of all our customers. We are not able able provide refunds on “custom” orders. If the error was our mistake, we will fix it immediately and will refund the return shipping fees. If the error was not our mistake, and you are simply dissatisfied with the product or the font you chose, then the piece is yours to keep. We reserve the right to judge our own quality, we do our absolute best to send out the highest quality of hand stamped jewelry. We cannot remake or partially refund without the original piece returned. If you place an order by mistake or would like to cancel your order you must contact us within 24 hours before the order is processed. Once an order has been received and made to your personalized information the full charge will be applied and the piece is yours to keep.
shipping & delivery
When these two items are submitted correctly, the ordering process is super smooth! The order will be completed and shipped 7-10 days following your order being placed and payment cleared. Once your item has been shipped we can not control the speed of delivery especially during holiday seasons. If these items are submitted correctly and you’re still not fully satisfied, we will provide you with a full refund. In order to begin this process, you can contact me.
domestic shipping
We ship USPS priority that includes little to no tracking or FedEx 3 day. Shipping insurance is optional but highly recommended as the post office can lose packages from time to time, and we are not responsible for lost packages.
international shipping
We are happy to ship internationally via USPS Priority. International shipping typically takes 1-3 weeks to arrive. We are not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged.
