This necklace comes with 3 Sterling silver 24g discs stacked on top of each other.  The top 1/2″ disc holds up to 8 letters/numbers.  The middle 5/8″ disc holds up to 8 letters/numbers.  The bottom 3/4″ disc holds up to 8 letters/numbers.  You can choose your length of Sterling silver ball chain and a birthstone of your choice.
